I have an emergency and need a place as soon as possible. How can I get a place in the RSA quickly?

Our structure follows the waiting list so no distinction is made between cases. Priority will be given to people who have been applying the longest.
Is there a permanent doctor in the facility?

There are no permanent doctors in the facility but nurses and nurses are present every day. The presence of freely chosen General Practitioners is guaranteed according to the protocol for regulating access to residential facilities
I am interested in the day center but I need someone who can pick up and drop off my relative. Do you have this service?

We do not have this service. For this type of service we suggest contacting public bodies such as Misericordia or Humanitas or non-profit organizations that have the resources.
What is the process to follow to be entitled to request the discounted fee?

In addition to the section of our site called "Inclusion in RSA" which contains some of the information necessary to answer the question, it is possible to contact the social services of your municipality in order to have all the necessary information.
What are the waiting list times?

The length of waiting times for admission to our RSA cannot be calculated precisely, waiting times may be influenced by unpredictable events, such as changes in the health conditions of patients currently hosted. For this reason, we are unable to provide precise estimates.
Is the property available to come and visit guests? Can I come and pick up a relative of mine to take them out of the facility?

The structure gives the guest's relatives the availability to come and visit their loved one, just as there is the availability of being able to take the guest out of the structure for a walk or a family lunch.
